Decks: This is the number of decks that tehe gme is played with. Some casinos will cut decks so that not all cards are used, and in single-deck games, the cards will usually be shuffled after every hand.

Dealer 2nd Card: This is when the dealers second card is dealt. The game changes depending on if the dealers second card is dealt before or after the players play their hands.

Surrender: This is when a player can decide to not play their hand and loose only 1/2 of their wager before the game is finished.
